NUDA SOAP CO. Return Policy
NUDA SOAP CO. offers an unconditional satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your purchase, you may return unused products within 10 days of delivery for a full credit equal to the product’s original purchase price. Refunds are issued as either a NUDA SOAP CO. gift card (redeemable in-store) or an online store credit.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. NUDA SOAP CO. reserves the right to refuse any return at its discretion.

Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Custom-scented products, including soaps,lotions, body sprays, scrubs, and shower steamers
Return Requirements:
To complete a return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email. You will also be informed whether your return has been approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be processed and issued as a gift card or online store credit within a specified number of days.
Sale Items:
Only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are final and non-refundable.
Exchanges:
Exchanges are only accepted for items that are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, please contact us before sending anything back.
Shipping Returns:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping costs may be deducted from the credit.
Shipping times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.
For returns valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. NUDA SOAP CO. is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
